01Map the specialistsSegment 4 · Your turn
I want to delegate this recurring work to a small agent team: [describe the work]. What are the 2–4 specialists I'd split this into? For each: a one-line job, what inputs they read, what artifact they produce. Keep specialists narrow — the worst version is one agent doing two jobs.
02Wire the handoffsSegment 4 · Your turn
Now design the handoffs between those specialists. For each handoff: the exact structured format the upstream agent writes, and the prompt the downstream agent uses to read it. The whole system fails if handoffs are vague.
03Add the quality gateSegment 4 · Your turn
Add one quality gate before this team's output reaches a human. It should be: cheap to run, hard to argue with, and skippable when it passes. What does it check, and what does it do when it fails?
